New Whiskey and Wine barrels

These barrels are manufactured for aging of premium wines, brandies, Cognacs, Whiskies and spirits, and the customers benefit from the same quality control that they demand for their own products. These high standards begin with the wood procurement all the way through shipping the final product. Our strategy is to focus on making only top quality barrels, through a perfect sourcing of wood, a long natural seasoning over 24 months and a strict control of the sharing process.

Master distillers and winemakers alike know the final color and flavor are directly related to the quality of barrels. Our principals supply whiskey barrels primarily for Jack Daniel’s®, and other bourbon brands including Old Forester® and Woodford Reserve®. We also manufacture wine barrels for brands that include Fetzer® Vineyards, Bonterra® Vineyards and Sonoma-Cutrer®.

:: French oak (Tronçais, Vosges or Limousin Quality)

Used Barrels

Jack Daniel’s®, is the largest purchaser of our barrels. As each season passes during the aging process, the barrels expand and contract forcing the whiskey in and out of the wood. This process imparts the amber color and complex flavors of the barrel to the whiskey. Once used, the oak retains some of the absorbed whiskey. Distillers who purchase these used barrels appreciate the intricate flavors they can achieve in their own distilling process with the use of these flavor-rich vessels. The maturation process can also be accelerated with these fresh-used barrels, thus increasing inventory turns. And since we are the original manufacturer and we retain ownership of the JackDaniel’s barrels, our used barrels represent a better value to our customers.

Types

Once-used #1 select (top grade) bourbon barrels, 4 to 8 years old, stand-up, 200 lts. They are made from American white oak.

210 barrels fit in a 40 ft. high cube container, so it is cost effective to order in the chunks of 210, 420 or 630 barrels.

Small Size Barrels

We also offer small sized Barrels for dispensing and disply. They come with Spigots & bronze hoops. These barrels are a very good tool for marketing and promotional activities.

These barrels /casks/ are oak, with brass hoops, and they come with different liter-content.

Liter (Capacity): 1, 2, 4.5, 6, 9, 12, 15, 20 & also barrels with Zinc-Coated hoops in various sizes of: 25, 30, 40, 50, 80, 100, 120, 150, & 225.
